Hiroshi Kaneyasu (born in 1991) produces a world of sculptures with oblong and soft shapes reminiscent of pebbles or fruit stones.
The artist plays on contrasts of shine and roughness while deploying a wide range of colors.
Hiroshi Kaneyasu, nominated among 30 international artists for the LOEWE Craft Prize, has been exhibited at the Palais de Tokyo from May 15 to June 9, 2024.
